    以東方的桂圓與西方的琴酒結合,用類似sloe gin的作法

    把加入杜松子與桂圓浸泡後的米穀基酒蒸餾,再浸泡土窯

    柴焙桂圓,過濾後調和至 43% 裝瓶,酒體帶有紅棕色,

    柴燒與煙燻的氣味與琴酒巧妙結合。

    初聞時有桂圓的柴燒香氣,入口口感溫潤,前段帶有桂圓甜味與香氣,尾韻帶有濃郁煙燻氣息,餘韻雋永迷人,是一瓶專屬台灣氣味的琴酒。

    害技藝繼續傳承下去,堅持在台南東山這塊寶地栽種

    台灣原生種桂圓,以及傳統工法的「土窯、柴燒」,

    同時與時俱進,導入動力機械擴建焙灶,六天五夜不

    停火的土窯柴燒,每兩小時添一次柴火,人工手揉脫

    枝、翻焙、讓桂圓受熱均勻,讓煙燻味完整吃進去。

    每一顆桂圓的背後,都是土地與人的全心全意。

    2025 World Gin Awards

    This gin presents a deep nutty color and an intense nose featuring aromas of blue cheese, oxidation, green apple, nuts, smoke, and cured meat. On the palate, it is boozy and stings, revealing a complex journey of umami and meaty qualities, with rich smokiness and fruitiness, complemented by tonic. The finish is long, dominated by smoky bitters.

    這款琴酒呈現深邃的堅果色澤,香氣濃郁,帶有藍紋起司、氧化、青蘋果、堅果、煙燻與醃肉等多層次氣息。口感上,酒精感明顯、略帶刺激,隨之展開一場複雜的味覺旅程,充滿鮮明的旨味與肉質風格,融合濃郁的煙燻與果香,在通寧水的襯托下更顯層次。尾韻悠長,煙燻苦韻主導引人回味。
