讓臺灣成立不到2年的小酒廠被世界看見。

Bonito Gin

TASTING NOTE:
"This unique gin offers a complex sensory experience, starting with a strong umami and bonito presence on the nose, complemented by subtle green citrus. The palate is greeted with warmth, smoothness, and a harmonious blend of floral and umami flavors. Initial sweetness from the rice evolves into a balanced mineral and oceanic profile, with seaweed and sweet floral notes intertwining. Citrus leads to a distinct dried fish aroma, with the rice lending a sake-like umami quality, making for an intriguing gin."
